Leasing & Application
Alton LakeHouse offers a selection of modern one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. These spacious floor plans range from approximately 780 to 1,495 square feet. Each residence is designed with high-end finishes like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Lease terms range from 7-15 months.
Security Deposit starts at $300 with approved credit. Application and Administration fees apply. The Community Smart Bundle includes internet $75, amenity fee $15, pest control $5, and valet trash fees $35.
Applicants typically need a combined household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Utilities & Payments
Rent can be paid securely through our online resident portal using debit, credit, or ACH bank transfer.
Utilities are billed separately. Please contact the leasing office for a breakdown of what’s included.
Outside of your monthly rent, your utilities (based on metered usage) and the Community Smart Bundle fee are required.
Yes, professional maintenance services are available. Please contact the office or submit a request through the resident portal.
Pets
Yes, we are proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community in Bradenton. We welcome up to two pets per apartment—cats or dogs. Residents can enjoy our dedicated on-site dog park and convenient pet spa designed to keep your companions happy and clean.
There is a one-time $400 pet fee per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20.
Yes. Breed Restrictions are as follows: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepard, Shepard, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also prohibited.

Our community is located with easy access to State Road 64 and I-75, providing a straightforward commute throughout the region. While the immediate area is primarily car-dependent, residents can access Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) routes via nearby stops along major thoroughfares. Ride-sharing services also frequently serve this growing area of Bradenton.
Alton LakeHouse is served by the School District of Manatee County. The closest public schools are Gullett Elementary School, Mona Jain Middle School, and Lakewood Ranch High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change and residents should contact the school district to confirm current assignments.
