Leasing & Application

At Alton LakeHouse, applicants typically need a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent to qualify. Additional screening criteria may apply. Click here to apply. 

Accepted proof of income includes recent pay stubs, bank statements, or official offer letters used during the Alton LakeHouse application process.

Yes. Alton LakeHouse offers short-term lease options, with a minimum lease term of seven months. View our floor plans here!

Residents may choose lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months, providing flexible apartment living options in Bradenton.

Yes, Alton LakeHouse offers preferred employer incentives for select local employers. Contact our leasing team for current participating employers and program details. 

There is a $75 application fee per applicant and a $250 administrative fee per apartment when applying to Alton LakeHouse.

Yes. Security deposits start at $300 and are determined based on application screening results.

Yes, renter's insurance is required for all residents at Alton LakeHouse throughout the lease term. 

Tours at Alton LakeHouse are available during regular office hours, with extended evening tour availability on select days. Contact our leasing team to schedule your personalized tour or take a virtual tour here.

In many cases, yes. Depending on availability, Alton LakeHouse may be able to show you the exact apartment home you will be leasing.  Check out availability on our floorplan page or contact our leasing team for more information.


Yes, there is an amenity fee that applies and helps support access to the community’s premium resident amenities and shared spaces. 

Utilities & Payments

Rent can be paid securely through our online resident portal using debit, credit, or ACH bank transfer. 

Utilities are billed separately. Please contact the leasing office for a breakdown of what’s included. 

Rent is due on the first of each month, and a 3-day grace period may apply before late fees are assessed. Please refer to your lease agreement for complete payment terms. 

Outside of your monthly rent, your utilities (based on metered usage) and the Community Smart Bundle fee are required.  

The $130 monthly community bundle includes Spectrum high-speed Wi-Fi, valet trash service, amenity access, and pest control.

Yes, Alton LakeHouse is wired for high-speed internet and select internet services may be included for resident convenience. 

Yes, professional maintenance services are available. Please contact the office or submit a request through the resident portal.

Internet service at Alton LakeHouse is provided through Spectrum. 

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the clubhouse and select amenity spaces at Alton LakeHouse. 

Residents at Alton LakeHouse will set up electric service directly through Peace River Electric Cooperative prior to move-in. 

Yes, Alton LakeHouse offers professional on-site maintenance services, including emergency after-hours maintenance support. 

Maintenance requests can be submitted quickly and conveniently through the resident portal

Apartment homes at Alton LakeHouse feature spacious 9-foot ceilings designed to create an open, airy living experience. 

Yes, every apartment home at Alton LakeHouse includes a full-size washer and dryer for everyday convenience. 

For safety and community compliance, only electric grills are permitted on patios and balconies at Alton LakeHouse. 

Residents may personalize their apartment home with approved paint colors; however, walls must be returned to their original condition prior to move-out. 

Yes, apartment homes at Alton LakeHouse include modern electrical features such as convenient USB charging outlets.

The pool at Alton LakeHouse is open daily from dawn to dusk, subject to community policies and weather conditions. 

Yes, residents at Alton LakeHouse can enjoy the resort-style pool year-round. 

Yes, elevator access is available in our four-story residential buildings for added convenience. 

Alton LakeHouse offers open surface parking for residents and guests throughout the community. 

We offer convenient parking options for our residents, including private detached garages and ample surface parking. For those who drive electric vehicles, our community is equipped with on-site EV charging stations. Our amenities also include a resort-style pool and a 24-hour fitness center for your convenience. 

Valet trash service is available multiple days each week for added convenience. Residents may also use designated compactor areas during non-service days. 

Packages at Alton LakeHouse are delivered to secure Luxor package lockers for convenient and reliable package retrieval. 

Residents receive their amenity access fobs at key pickup, allowing immediate access to community amenities after move-in. 

Pet and Guest Policies

Yes, we are proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community in Bradenton. We welcome up to two pets per apartment—cats or dogs. Residents can enjoy our dedicated on-site dog park and convenient pet spa designed to keep your companions happy and clean. 

Pet fees include a $400 one-time pet fee per pet and $20 monthly pet rent per pet.

Yes. Breed Restrictions are as follows: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepard, Shepard, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also prohibited. 

Guests are welcome in community amenity areas when accompanied by a resident and in accordance with community policies.

Alton LakeHouse is located in a peaceful Bradenton lakeside setting with convenient access to Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota.

Anna Maria Island beaches are approximately 21 miles away, and Siesta Key Beach is about 28 miles away.

Our community is located with easy access to State Road 64 and I-75, providing a straightforward commute throughout the region. While the immediate area is primarily car-dependent, residents can access Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) routes via nearby stops along major thoroughfares. Ride-sharing services also frequently serve this growing area of Bradenton. 

Alton LakeHouse is served by the School District of Manatee County. The closest public schools are Gullett Elementary School, Mona Jain Middle School, and Lakewood Ranch High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change and residents should contact the school district to confirm current assignments. 

Alton LakeHouse is conveniently located near everyday essentials, including Publix located 2 miles away, while Costco and Target are approximately 3.5 miles away which is just a short drive from the community. More local hot spots can be found on our neighborhood page.

Residents at Alton LakeHouse enjoy convenient access to nearby dining options including Culver’s, Panda Express, MOD Pizza, and other local favorites. 

Outdoor recreation opportunities near Alton LakeHouse include Lake Manatee State Park, located just a few miles away and offering hiking, boating, camping, and scenic nature trails.
